[TOMT] [ALBUM] Either the band, or the album was named "The Deep End," or something similar. It featured a public pool, the above may have been free floating or written alongside the pool itself. Pretty sure the words were red with an amateur 'ripple' effect warping them.
[TOMT] [BOOK] A book that felt like it would be right at home in a collection alongside That Was Then and This Is Now; it's a sort of bleak coming-of-age story. I think the title had the words "Dog" and "Wolf" in it. I think there was a half-hearted kiss in a church like 2/3 through.
[TOMT] [BOOK] It was assigned reading during jr high. It dealt with a family or congregation of people who discovered they were immortal. One character, I believe a father figure, resorted to hurting (shooting?) himself just to know for sure, and he was fine. I think they lived in a secluded cabin.
