China has a unified strong culture instead of the U.S. crap of diverging and diversifying people into countless clusters and groups. The U.S. is not a melting pot, it's an A La Carte. Our educational system drills into students the idiocracies of racial, ethnic, and religious differences. Sub-groups are given special status, a voice, and defacto legitimacy on any and all grievances. Larger groups are penalized, silenced, and reprimanded without just cause. Diversity is the opposite of unity. Tech companies, healthcare, R&D, and the educational system mandate special hiring quotas choosing physical characteristics over job skills. Human Resources enacts absurd workplace rules creating an anxious environment.
Good for China for focusing on their unity. It must be great to be in a country where the most skilled get the job, education actually educates instead of indoctrinates, the citizens work together instead of against one another, and love of country, culture, and tradition is universally shared.
Im sure China will have much success as our own country has it's people divided.
TIL of "White monkey" jobs in China, Caucasian foreigners are hired to stand around and pretend to be a employee of the chinese company or representative of a international company to increase the value of the Chinese company
TIL: China creates so much synthetic diamonds that are identical to real diamonds that prices of diamonds are being driven down and De Beers has created a university to study how to identify "natural" and "man made" diamonds because no experts can tell the difference.
