You'd have to use a dual axis on a line chart (Chart editor > Customize > Series > left vs. right axis). Google Sheets doesn't have this option for bar charts. I'd recommend using Tableau Public.
This is for a work project, so the data is taken from our internal systems. I've had to take out some of the labelling and information as it is not publicly available.
I used excel to create the graphs but I am trying to recreate this in google sheets. Any tips or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
