I made this in Python, using a standard model for predator-prey systems (Lotka-Volterra with logistic growth and Holling Type II trophic function).
I posted all the code to replicate the figure here.
I find the behavior of this system to be fascinating. If there's interest, I can write more about what these trajectories imply for the system, its equilibria and stability.
