The little pause is just filled with so much
Sorry honey, it's for a main tank. NEXT!
This reminds me of the small woe of being a healer. So often my teammates require healing and then run for health pack, while I spam them with heals. Like, there's plenty of time to notice that SOMEONE IS SHOOTING YOU INTO FACE WITH HEALS! Just get back to the fight! I'm right there keeping you alive! You dont need a health pack!
You know you're a healer main when you're playing Soldier and you decide to go heal a teammate instead of killing an enemy
I find what the soldier did was cute :)
soldier's healing can actually save lives if you drop it down while your healer's getting back to the fight yet surprisingly almost never see that
To be honest 99.9% soldier players do not share their healing with others...
so i'm guessing people aren't even expecting them to heal?
Why do soldiers in silver drop biotic fields for other people, but soldiers in plat dont? Why are you better than plat players, op?
Well Soldier only drops a single can of healing lite, Reinhardt needs a couple of steins at least.
wtf is he doing spamming "I need healing" the tire just took D.Va out of mech, got rid of Orisa PLUS McCree AND you've just killed Moira... team fight over dude, go get a healthpack. people are so fucking dumb.
Every time we have a soldier and I see he dropped a heal pod I try to play around it. Whenever I play soldier I use my heal pack to help my team and rarely use it for myself unless I need to
When I was on low health, I once had a Soldier drop healing next to me while passing by. I felt like I lost my heart to him while he sprinted away.
"I need healing"
(I'm the healer, instant voiceline answering) Understood, group up with me!
Proceeds to run away from me especially carefully picking the path to include as many turning around corners as possible for a small HP pack on the fucking other side of the map.
Me: "brilliant" "stupidity is not a right"
It was good to try to help, but next time, drop your heals closer to the team fight, especially for rein, his big barrier will protect him while he heals. If he had stayed back to get heals where you dropped it, they could have easily pushed the payload through that choke. Just a tip
Get out of my way; i need healing.
Don't take it personally. He would have done that to a real healer, too.
What tilts me is if he stayed in your field to heal he would've built up a ton of your ult too...
Hello darkness my old friend...
Solider's biotic field needs a HUD icon for exactly this reason. People will walk right by it even if it's right in front of them.
You dropped it way off point, out of LOS of anything, when overtime just started and the other team managed to touch cart. The Rein is absolutely doing the right thing there
Literally placed a biotic field once right in front of a genji that refused to step in and kept saying "i need healing"
mid plat competitive
so is Moira
Could have just as easily been any healer. Perhaps other than mercy
When I played 76 I would occasion drop heals if someone was asking or druring big fights and especially when in a grav.
When you catch a break from playing support and still face the troubles of being support.
I love playing soldier on total mayhem, managed to get 10k healing once. Just dropping that healing pod nonstop
I do that a lot with Soldier, most people just ignore the healing circle. But, if you put it on the payload everyone will jump on it.
The pause before he dropped down lol "Wait, I can do that"
Sombra and Soldier = support heroes
Soldier is a support
As a Support main, when I have to play Damage I switch to Soldier so I can still help. This happens far too often.
Game sense over 9000
This is why every hero needs a spray like Moira’s facepalm spray.
One thing that really irritates me when playing support, is when someone is in a safe place but is low and takes a health pack while I am healing them.
That could have been free ult charge for me but never mind...
I agree with the title of this post
Fucking hate it when this happens. I will always immediately get jumped by a Tracer or Genji.
It not my healer
This happens to me all the time
To be honest there is always possibility that this guy was blind, lack self awareness or stupid but there is always but...
Maybe he thought that he restored enough health and returning to stop payload was more important, he can always use his shield.
If i was this Rein i would stop there to show my gratitude as soldiers that remember that they can heal others are extremely rare but it would not be the best play.
As soldier player who focus on healing a lot imo you should not put your biotic field there but wait for Rein coming back and put near payload, so he can do his job while being healed.
Of course seeing how he ignore your heal when your team won a fight and there was no rush, my final judgment would be that he is just stupid.
