You have two metro areas with around 20 million people. Per Wikipedia NYC is around 20 million, followed by LA around 13 million (which it looks like is on the graph). What does the second dot on your graph show (20 million people, 700 feet)?
Where are you getting two 20 million people MSAs from? The one on the top right is obviously NYC, but what is the one on the bottom right?
This is cool! What are the outliers/ones far from curve? Like the heavily populated one with no tall building? The one with a very tall building but not that populated?
