This would be "my new favourite thing" if I had just had a lobotomy.
Isn't this just the don't judge me challenge again? Why are we so bent on communicating this bizzare message of "make sure to treat people well even if they're ugly, because hey maybe they're actually more attractive then they look right this second."
One time I wrote a comment that in the not too distant future, say 10 to 20 years from now the bulk of world influencing culture would come from China (PRC) as a side effect of the development of the largest middle class that has ever existed. One that will dwarf the USA middle class. Somebody took issue with that and said that China thinks too differently and that it's memes and culture could never take hold in the USA. I responded think about the Japanese "emoji" and how it took over the world in just a few years. We literally cannot communicate without emojis today.
I don't know what the "killer app" of cultural efflorescence originating in China will be, but I know it is inevitable as a part of China (PRC) assuming it's place as the technological hyper-power of the 21st century.
