The law states:
"Turnovers, profits (income, proceeds) from various operations with tokens are not recognized as taxable items until January 2023."
Sadly Belarus doesn't have any tax agreements with the West so this doesn't help too much.
TIL that Belarus is the last country in Europe that still uses the death penalty. The convicts are shot in the back of the head with a silenced PB-9 pistol. The whole procedure, starting with the announcement about denied appeals and ending with the gunshot, lasts no longer than two minutes.
TIL that after Germany's openly-gay Foreign Minister called the president of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko "Europe's last dictator", Lukashenko responded that it was "better to be a dictator than gay".
